TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF 25% BONUS PROMOTION

Please read these rules carefully and make sure that you fully understand them before agreeing to be bound by them.

This offer applies to FIRST TIME REAL MONEY PLAYERS, will be applied to their FIRST DEPOSIT ONLY, and cannot be combined with any other bonus or promotion. The PLAY BONUS will not be given for future deposits.

Qualifying players will have their account credited with a 25% PLAY BONUS. Which means 25% of the FIRST DEPOSIT to play on the JAVA-Casino or on the Casino Software if the player deposits an amount of at least $250. Any initial deposit of less than $250 will receive a 10% PLAY BONUS.

As a new member of our special promotion, the member must play at least 3 TIMES the amount of his bonus before being entitled to any payout of that bonus money.
ie: 1- If you deposit the amount of $100, you will receive a 10% bonus of $100. For you to be entitled to any payouts of that amount you must play 3 times the amount of $100 (the amount equal to your bonus) for a total of $300.
ie: 2- If you deposit the amount of $1000, you will receive our maximum bonus of $250. For you to be entitled to your bonus you must play 3 times the amount of $1000 (the amount equal to your bonus) for a total of $3000.

You are allowed only ONE ACTIVE ACCOUNT. Winnings will only be dispersed to players having one account. If you have more than one account, all winnings will be VOID. If the name on your account does not match the name on the credit card(s) used to make deposits to the account, all winnings in that account will be VOID. Any abuse, attempt to abuse or fraudulent activity with relation to your account or any bonuses awarded or offered, will cause your account to be blocked and any winnings will immediately be VOID. The casino manager reserves the right to any annulments of any bonus, any winning through bonus money as well as any payout of the bonus, if judges fraudulent or abusive.

All PLAY BONUS credits are for wagering purposes only and CANNOT be CASHED-IN at any time. The first credits wagered will be deducted from your deposit(s) rather than from the PLAY BONUS.

Roulette and Baccarat are excluded from this promotion. (If a wager is made on either of these two games, you will be disqualified from this promotion.)

No cash-in will be allowed under the sum of the PLAY BONUS.

Upon your FIRST cash-in (regardless of the number of deposits), up to the equivalent value of the PLAY BONUS will be deducted from your play balance or winnings prior to settlement, unless your play balance reaches zero, at which time your promotional obligation will be fulfilled.

All cash-ins will be subject to audit before being processed. Bet On Las Vegas Odds reserves all rights to void bonuses or any winnings for failed audits. Bet On Las Vegas Odds reserves the right to modify these rules or cancel this promotion at its sole discretion.

In any case, a first cash-in must occur within a period of 60 days from the date said bonus is credited to your account, or such bonus credits will be deducted from your play balance at our sole discretion.
